The fourth book in the Jokers’ Wrath MC series is finally here! Desolation by Bella Jewel is Tyke and Pippa’s story and the final book in the series.
The girl you all know as damaged. Quiet. Broken.
She doesn’t fit in. Nothing in her world feels right. She’s trapped in a spiral of darkness that seems to be consuming her day by day, until she sees nothing but an empty, black hole. Her world is a broken place she can’t escape.
She has people around her who matter. Who love her. But it’s not enough.
Not enough to break her out of the bitter despair she lives in.
He knows pain. He knows darkness. He’s sweet. He’s kind. But most of all…
He understands her.
Combining their demons doesn’t seem like the best plan. Everyone is against them.
He deserves better. She deserves better. They’ll never work. They’re too broken. Too damaged. It’s a destructive combination that will only end in heartbreak.
He’s a biker. She’s a broken angel.
But in their desolation, they will find peace.
With each other.
As you know I’m a massive fan of Bella Jewel so I was really looking forward to getting into Tyke and Pippa’s story!
Having been held as a slave for years Pippa is finally free and back with her sister. Now a few years later, she considers the boys of Jokers’ Wrath MC her family. She struggles with everyday things and being around people. She wants to have friends and fall in love, but having little experience living in a world away from slavery she’s still finding it difficult to find her voice. Though she’s grown close to the other club women, there’s only one person she considers her bestfriend and that’s Tyke.
Tyke has been struggling after he had his accident. When he first met Pippa he knew she was special. Seeing her and her strength it gave him the push to start trying again. When he notices her going through a rough patch he decides to help her find her voice. But as they grow closer will he be able to keep his distance?
As Pippa and Tyke grow closer, the club faces another threat and the pair find themselves caught up in the middle. Will they be able to save the club and find some happiness with each other?
This book is fast paced, heart-breaking and an absolutely brilliant read! I really loved Tyke and Pippa, and Pippa’s journey made for such a good read! The club drama, as ever, was completely thrilling and I was held captivated from start to finish! Can’t wait to read more about Raide and Max!
