I have adored each and every book in this series and this was no different!
194 was taken as a young child, along with his sister, by the Jakhua clan and forced into pure hell. Kept from his sister, and drugged daily he’s forced to become a killer to protect his sister from the clan, but his obedience doesn’t stop them from drugging 152 and videoing her to remind him what’s at stake. When he’s commanded to kill someone of importance he knows if he fails his sister will be sent away once and for all. He would do anything, kill anyone to keep her safe. Little did he know his world was about to completely change the moment he captured Zoya. Both have scars, both carry heavy burdens but together can they save each other?
I loved every moment of this book – 194 and Zoya are truly beautiful together and their journey is something really special. I especially loved 194 and the personal trials he had to face. Another incredible book from Tillie Cole – highly recommended!
